Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines & Couriers Dispatch Time :- Order are securely packaged and dispatched within 3 business days from the time the order is placed.

Domestic Delivery :- Takes 1 to 7 days via domestic courier partner India Post (speed post), DTDC, Bluedart.

Tracking :- A digital tracking link is provided immediately after your package is dispatched via email, WhatsApp/SMS.

Address Changes :- If you need to correct your delivery address, you must contact our customer service at "timeworldchennai@gmail.com" and or +91-7904842577 before the order leaves our warehouse. Once a Shipment is shipped, address changes/rerouting is not possible.

Delivery Protection :- The merchant remains responsible for any damage or transit loss until it is safely delivered at your doorstep. Shipping Damages if any have to be claimed within 24 Hours of receipt of package, Video Proof (Unboxing Video) Must.

Refused Shipments :- If you do not accept or reject an order upon arrival, additional two way shipping charges to be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchange :- No Returns & Exchanges once the product order is placed.  Exchange Permitted at Discretion of "Time World" under Delivery and Warranty Protection.
